Ideas
Discover concepts, import a brief, or build one. Saved ideas remain here until sent to production.
Set up your brand, develop an idea, guide production, review the creative, and prepare its advertising destination.
Google is an alternative sign-in option. This example contains no entered credentials.
An existing-account dashboard is shown; first-time users see Create Workspace on the empty dashboard.
Open SocialManager24. Choose Create account, enter your email and a password of at least eight characters, then submit. You can also use Continue with Google where Google sign-in is configured. Existing users choose Sign in.
A workspace groups the brand profile, ideas, creative campaigns, assets, team access, and account connections. Use a separate workspace when a client needs its own brand context and permissions.
In Members → Add Member, enter the teammate’s email, optional name, and role. A manager or owner manages membership. For predictable onboarding, have teammates register first with the same email; adding a member grants access and is not an emailed invitation flow.
| For this journey | Who should do it? |
|---|---|
| Browse campaigns and outputs | Viewer or higher |
| Reject an ad, request inspiration or variants, prepare a Meta handoff | Editor, Manager, or Owner |
| Configure Meta, approve its draft, submit paused entities | Manager or Owner |
Ready to continue: you can see the correct workspace and its sidebar.
The populated fields and brand profile are an existing workspace example.
Check the result against your actual brand. If the website does not explain a constraint, include it explicitly in your brief: approved logo, exact offer, brand colors, reference material, prohibited claims, and required language. Website extraction is a starting point; it does not establish that every inferred claim is approved.
We sell live online English lessons to working adults in Poland. Create Polish-language lead-generation ads for a trial lesson. Use our approved offer and brand identity. Focus on confidence in workplace conversations; do not promise fluency within a fixed period.
Assets is the workspace’s media library. Keep approved references identifiable and tell the agent which materials to use in the brief. The ready-brief import described below accepts text documents, not a ZIP of brand media.
Ready to continue: the brand summary, audience, language, and offer are understood.

Track planning, approvals, generation, QA, and acceptance. Open the action appropriate to the current stage.
Review a creative campaign’s outputs, revisions, feedback, QA, and next actions.
Connect an ad account, review the advertising settings and copy, and submit an approved draft paused to Meta.
Publish and Connect Channels support the organic publishing route. Selecting Social media in a brief does not connect a channel or publish a post. This guide follows the paid Meta route after creative review.
These are alternative paths. Choose the one that matches your starting material.
Open Ideas or New idea / brief. Choose the path that matches what you already have.
Continue latest suggestions lets you return to your latest suggestion task. If a suggestion fails, use its retry option or continue with a direct brief.
Choose one or both purposes, complete the guided context, then review your brief using the next section.
All three paths lead to a production brief. Importing or requesting a plan is not approval to launch advertising.
Continue is disabled in this capture because neither purpose is selected yet.
| Choice | What to provide |
|---|---|
| Purpose | Social media for organic content; Performance for paid acquisition; select both for a combined request. |
| Title and goals | A recognizable concept name and the outcome. Combined requests collect an organic content goal and a separate conversion goal. |
| Language, audience, offer | State the language, who should respond, and what they are being offered. Be specific about approved prices and conditions. |
| Channels | Select the social or ad destinations you need. Channel selection guides production; it does not create an account connection. |
| Assets needed | Static image, Video, Carousel, or Story / Reel. Leave formats blank if you want a recommendation. Specify duration and aspect ratio in your instructions where important. |
| Total number of deliverables | Choose 1–30. This is one total across the selected formats and channels. Two deliverables with two channels does not mean four ads. Confirm the allocation in the plan. |
| Concept and hook | The central idea, opening scene or headline, message, and desired CTA. |
| Direction / constraints | Must-haves, references, exact wording, things to avoid, and what should vary between deliverables. |
| Landing page | Add the destination when relevant. The Meta handoff later requires an HTTPS landing-page URL. |
For static images and carousel slides, choose AI-designed — complete creative composition or Precision layout — controlled layout and exact assets. The latter is useful when placement and supplied assets need tight control. This choice applies to static work; it should not be requested for a video-only brief.
Save idea keeps an unstarted idea for later. Reopen it through Saved ideas → Develop brief. Send to production planning hands it to the planning workflow, which asks for plan approval before production. An optional source attachment on the review screen is submitted with planning; saving an idea alone does not upload that attachment.
Create two Polish 20-second vertical videos for Meta Ads. Audience: working adults who understand English but hesitate to speak. Test “fear of judgment” against “lack of practice.” Show a realistic online conversation, a live lesson, then the learner answering confidently. End with our approved trial-lesson CTA. Keep laptop screens physically plausible, preserve the official logo, and avoid unapproved outcome claims. Two videos total.
This is a point-in-time example. Your columns, counters, and task states will change as work progresses.
The Production board updates automatically while visible. Enable Show empty stages to see the full workflow. Use Progress by creative to inspect individual outputs.
| Stage | Meaning and next action |
|---|---|
| Planning | The agent is analysing the brief or awaiting clarification. Check the brief for questions. |
| Awaiting plan approval | You need to review and approve the plan. |
| Queued | The plan is approved and production is waiting for a worker. |
| Producing | Agents are preparing or generating the materials. |
| Quality review | Independent agent QA is pending or running. |
| Changes requested | A QA repair or user-requested iteration is in progress or queued. |
| Awaiting acceptance | Outputs await human review. Inspect their individual QA status as well. |
| Approved | A human has accepted the campaign outputs. |
| Needs attention | A failure, rejection, or blocked QA requires investigation or a human decision. |
The output counter measures creatives with exports, not completed QA. “2 / 2 creatives with outputs” can still mean the outputs need fixes. The export progress bar is not a time estimate. “Last activity” refers to the last recorded milestone; some generation steps run for a while without a new milestone.
QA pending / in progress means an agent reviews next. Agent requested fixes or Agent applying fixes means the automated repair workflow is working. Human intervention required means automation cannot complete the current repair unaided. Ready for your approval means the creative passed agent QA and now needs your decision.
Missing QA is not a pass. Automated repair has a limited number of rounds; a blocked result should remain visible rather than being treated as finished. If a task appears stuck, inspect its activity and error information before requesting another iteration.
The feedback panel sits further to the right on this compact viewport. A repair is active in this example; the Meta action is therefore disabled.
In Campaigns, open the creative campaign. Select an output on the left and the intended revision in the revision selector. Use the viewer’s zoom and download controls as needed. Review the Feedback, QA, Decisions, and Brief tabs for context.
At 00:08.1, the laptop display faces the viewer even though the learner is looking at its back. Rebuild the scene so the screen faces the learner. Preserve the Polish headline, CTA, shot duration, and audio.
For a static image, use Pin or Area to identify the location; no video timestamp is needed. Feedback belongs to the revision you reviewed. Check the revision selector before annotating or comparing versions.
Watch the entire video, including transitions, text, audio, and final CTA. Check physical plausibility, spelling, legibility, branding, and offer accuracy. A QA pass helps you review; it does not replace your judgment.
This form was opened for illustration only. No generation request was submitted.
The action bar applies to the selected ad revision. Check both the output and revision before proceeding.
| Action | What to enter | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Reject ad | A clear reason why the ad should not be used. | Records the reviewer’s decision against that revision. The asset is preserved and the rejected revision is blocked from the Meta handoff. This is not itself a request to regenerate it. |
| Create from inspiration | What to borrow from this ad and exactly what to change. | Creates one separate ad in the same creative campaign. The source remains available. |
| Request variants | Choose 1–6 variants and describe the differences: colors, CTA, headline, visual angle, or another controlled change. | Creates new ads in the same campaign, followed by independent QA. Track their tasks and review the resulting outputs. |
| Approve for Meta | Complete the advertising handoff described next. | Approves the selected creative for Meta preparation and asks an agent to prepare an internal advertising draft. |
Create three variants. Keep the photo, logo, offer, and layout unchanged. Vary only the CTA: “Book a trial lesson,” “Choose your learning goal,” and “Start speaking.” Keep all copy in Polish.
Use an iteration to correct the existing creative; use inspiration or variants when you want additional ads. Review the action history to see the request, task status, and draft link.
This capture illustrates an expired connection. The connected-scope badge at the top of the page alone does not prove that the OAuth token is still valid. The nearby test buttons are not part of the normal guide workflow.
A Manager or Owner completes this setup in Meta Ads. You can do it before creative production so the destination is ready.
Saving the account mapping and connecting OAuth are separate steps: entering IDs alone does not grant access. Account, Page, Instagram, and dataset choices must belong to the workspace’s configured mapping and be accessible through the connected Meta account.
You do not need to open or copy the MCP endpoint to follow this user-interface guide. If OAuth cannot start or access is missing, ask the workspace administrator to check the connection and configured Meta application.
Ready to continue: the correct ad account and Page are selectable, and the connection can create paused drafts.
The wizard is shown before any account is selected or request is submitted. Campaign and ad-set names, Instagram identity, and language are also editable here.
Return to the campaign and select Approve for Meta on the intended output. It must be the latest revision, have a passed QA review, have no active repair, and not be rejected.
| Setting | Your decision |
|---|---|
| Objective | Website traffic, Website leads, Website sales, or Awareness. Choose the real business goal. Not every concept goal in Ideas has a matching Meta handoff option. |
| Budget | Daily or Lifetime, with an amount in the selected ad account’s currency. Stay within the configured guardrails. |
| Schedule | Start time and optional end time. Lifetime budgets require an end time. Confirm dates and timezone in the resulting draft. |
| Countries and audience | Use two-letter country codes, such as PL, and describe the intended audience, ages, and any exclusions or constraints. |
| Tracking | Website leads and sales require a configured pixel / dataset and conversion event, such as LEAD or PURCHASE. These should match your actual website measurement setup. |
| Placements | Choose Advantage+ or the manual platform choice offered by the form, such as Facebook and Instagram. Review the final placement configuration. |
| Special ad categories | Select applicable categories offered in the form: Housing, Employment, Credit, or Issues / Elections / Politics. |
Check the exact creative revision, account, Page, campaign and ad-set names, objective, budget, dates, audience, placements, tracking, destination, and copy direction. Select Approve creative & prepare Meta draft.
The agent prepares primary text, headline, description, CTA, and tracking, then saves a draft for approval. Follow the action history to its draft in Meta Ads.
Incomplete test submission shown, not a successful delivery example. Full ads is 0 and submission is disabled. Resolve the displayed issue and connection before retrying the existing draft.
The ad is present in Meta in a PAUSED campaign and ad set, with the reviewed creative and copy. This is a paused advertising object, not merely an unsent draft inside SM24. Activation and spend require a later, separate decision.
Successful submission depends on your Meta account permissions, valid settings, and completed media processing. If Meta reports an error, use the returned reason rather than treating the internal “Approved” state as proof of submission.
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| An action is missing or disabled | Check your role, selected revision, active task, QA status, and rejection history. Meta configuration and final submission need a Manager or Owner. |
| Planning takes a long time | Open the brief and look for clarification questions. If there are none, check activity and the task state before submitting another brief. |
| All exports exist, but work is not ready | Exports and QA are different milestones. Check each creative’s latest QA and revision status. |
| Applying fixes appears stuck | Inspect the latest activity and whether the task is queued, running, failed, or blocked. Give the administrator the campaign link, creative name, revision, and approximate time. Avoid repeatedly queuing the same repair. |
| A video comment points to the wrong scene | Check the revision and saved timestamp. Place a new annotation at the intended moment; changing playback time after placing a pin does not move its timestamp. |
| An obvious generation error remains | Use a precise timed Pin or Area comment and request an iteration. Reject the ad if it must not proceed. A QA pass is not a reason to accept a visible defect. |
| No ad account, Page, or dataset is available | Ask a Manager to check the workspace mapping and OAuth access in Meta Ads. |
| Meta submission is incomplete | Read the readiness or error message. Video processing can require waiting and retrying the existing draft; an authorization error calls for reconnecting or fixing access. |
These checkboxes are a reading aid in this guide. They do not update SM24 or approve anything.
